RED GENE - This horse is homozygous for the dominant "E" allele, and genetically has black points and a black, bay or brown body color. It will pass the "E" allele to its offspring and will always produce foals with genetically black points. This horse lacks the "red factor" and will not produce chestnuts/sorrels.
